    TECHNICAL NEEDS:

  • Projection Screen (The larger the audience, the larger the screen.)
  • Overhead Projector (The old school kind that can be used with transparentcy sheets. Not the kind that hooks up to a laptop.)
  • Microphone & Sound Person (If you are expecting less than 60 people, no microphone is needed.)
  • A small table on stage or near microphone.
  • List of campus resources that relate to our program. We like to help promote campus clinics, health counseling services, safer sex programs and related student groups.
  • Access to the space 45 minutes prior to doors opening to set up.
  • Locking dressing room with mirror. This can be an office or any private room. Smaller events (less than 150 people) do not require a dressing room.
  • One or two student assistants assigned to help carry in bags, set up stage, help Ducky do raffles, help her sell books and to help pack Ducky up after the presentation. It's not as grueling as it may sound! We promise.
